Clario will, for instance, only take references from your previous and\/or current employers or collect your health information or criminal records if you have consented to this.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading ml-4\" id=\"h-2-4-4-retention-period\"><mark class=\"has-inline-color has-pink-c-color\">2.4.4 <\/mark><em>Retention period<\/em><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"ml-4\">If you are offered a position with Clario, your job application and additional relevant personal data obtained during the recruitment and hiring process will be stored in your employee file for the duration specified by applicable laws.&nbsp; If no such duration is specified, Clario will retain your personal data in accordance with its record retention policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"ml-4\">If you are not offered a position with the Company, we will store your job application and any additional personal data obtained during the recruitment process for a period of time as required under local applicable law. The processing may also be necessary for our legitimate interest in preventing fraud or establishing, defending, or asserting legal claims (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"ml-4\"><strong><em>Legal obligations: <\/em><\/strong>The processing of your personal data will in some cases be necessary for compliance with legal obligations, such as our obligation to are responsible for the tasks connected yo the processing they carry out.&nbsp;LinkedIn is responsible for responding to requests from you concerning the rights described in the section <em>Your data of your personal data, while Clario acts as the sponsor\u2019s \u201cprocessor\u201d (or \u201csubprocessor,\u201d if Clario supports the study through a contract research organization) and is
